Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes, all pricing is in CAD. No currency conversion surprises. Your invoices are in Canadian dollars.

How does billing work?

HonkIO is prepaid. You add credit to your account balance via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, or Interac). Each message deducts from your balance. You can set up auto-top-up to ensure you never run out.

What's included in the free test mode?

Test mode lets you send unlimited simulated messages at no cost. Messages in test mode are validated for compliance (CASL, DNCL) but not actually delivered. Switch to live mode with a real balance when you're ready.

Are there any setup fees or monthly minimums?

No setup fees and no monthly minimums on Pay-as-you-go. You only pay for what you send, plus $1.99/month per leased phone number.

What does a Canadian long code number cost?

Canadian local long code (10DLC) numbers are $1.99/month each (CAD). You can provision and release numbers anytime via the API.

Is GST/HST included in pricing?

Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST/HST is added at checkout based on your billing province, in compliance with CRA requirements.
