How does billing work?
HonkIO is prepaid. Add credit via Stripe (Visa or Mastercard). Each message deducts from your balance. You can set up auto-top-up so you never run dry.
Any setup fees or monthly minimums?
No setup fees, no monthly minimums, no packages. You only pay for messages you send, plus $2.50/month per leased phone number.
Is GST/HST added to my charges?
No. Checkout does not add GST/HST or any other taxes — the price shown is the price charged.
How does verification (OTP) pricing work?
Each verification request costs $0.25 CAD, plus the standard $0.02 SMS fee for the code delivery.
