A fresh coat of paint for honkio.ca, and MCP 1.6.0

If you have visited honkio.ca lately, you may have noticed that it looks a little different. We gave the website a fresh coat of paint this week, and published a new version of our MCP server along with it.

The website and the dashboard now share the same look, so reading about HonkIO and then signing in should feel like one product. Nothing about your account, your keys or the way you send has changed.

MCP 1.6.0

Version 1.6.0 of @honkio/mcp is now on npm. It is mostly a maintenance release, with fixes and refinements across the tools your agent uses to send messages, manage numbers and handle consent. How you connect has not changed, and nothing you already set up needs to change.

How you get it depends on how you run the server:

• Hosted endpoint at mcp.honkio.ca: nothing to do, we keep it up to date for you.
• npx: restart your agent and it picks up the new version.
• A version pinned in your config: change it to 1.6.0.
